I bought these tweezers and used them for many years until I lost the plastic protection. I've only used it occasionally because it randomly snaps onto a strand of hair no matter how many iterations, circles and strokes in the area it captures each hair. And as for painlessness, even narrowly. While it doesn't grab or pinch everything, I figured it was better than plucking every single hair, so I bought another one.
