Review on Jakawin by Jeff Swanson

I was eager to give Jakawin a try because I frequently purchase for cosmetics and other personal care items on the internet. Unfortunately, my interactions with this firm were not positive. To begin, I had trouble navigating their website. It took me a bit to find what I needed because the product categories weren't very obvious. In addition, I had trouble understanding what I was buying because some of the product descriptions were misleading or lacked crucial details. Some of the items I ordered were not what I expected when they arrived. I thought I was ordering a sulfate-free hair care product, but when I looked at the contents, it was obvious that wasn't the case. It also concerned me much that some of the products had long since passed their expiration dates. Jakawin's customer care was unresponsive and useless when I tried to contact them about these issues. I had to try a few times before I got a response, and when I did, they didn't have a good answer for me. In general, I would not recommend Jakawin. Inaccurate product descriptions, out-of-date inventory, and unhelpful staff all contributed to my negative experience. I will not be making any other purchases with Jakawin, and I advise anyone considering doing business with them to do their homework first.
