This epoxy is exceptionally strong and most importantly stable. I use it to reinforce wood that may contain knots or other "imperfections" that add a ton of character after reinforcement, be it boards, lumber or loose form wood used in woodworking. But in my use, I often add a colorant when mixing the resin and hardener so the result mimics the character of the wood itself. This approach works very well and the result is indistinguishable from the wood itself. Just understand that all that goodness comes at a price, which is that this epoxy cures in about 12 hours and fully cures in 24 hours.
