Difficult and fun!
For those of you who made it easy, kudos! It was very difficult for me but I really enjoyed it! The lack of instructions just added to the fun, although there is a web address on the box where you can find the full instructions (I haven't tested this though). I estimate I spent 8 hours a day assembling this little gem and the end product is amazing and worth seeing. In fact, I liked it so much that I ordered three more! I became addicted. I highly recommend these puzzles.
