Replaced a 50 year old 36" lens hood, fit perfectly - the hardest part was removing the greasy old knot. The EZ mount brackets made a world of difference (as advertised, I could do it myself Took about 2 hours to remove, new unit to put in 1 hour Of course the air duct was in place from the previous unit (had to get an adapter from Lowes to downsize from 8" to 7") i don't know why they list 50w halogen bulbs I followed their recommendation and the light was very hot and the warm white light made it look a bit "old fashioned".
