Flat mounting plate only - FM presets questionable

Disappointing - it ships with just a flat mounting plate - meaning in a lot of kitchens you'll be building some kind of subframe under the cabinet so the radio can end up sitting flush below the lower trim of the cabinets. The Sony model it is intended to replace has long bolts and plastic spacers to work around exactly this particular problem.So far I havent been able to save a FM station to a preset - when trying to do so by holding the preset button - it tells me the preset is empty (nothing like stating the obvious).
