Terrible laptop repair. Drivers weren't even installed. Laptop barely works, gave a few days to see if any fixes worked but no luck. Terrible purchase with wasted money because my purchase (despite being covered at checkout) is somehow not covered by a refund. Terrible experience overall. Do not buy from TECH VENTURES.
