I have iron deficiency and am trying to drink superfood drinks to help manage it. This is the first and only drink that contains this much iron. This powder is quite chalky and has an artificial-tasting sweetness, but I haven't found a rainbow and unicorn flavored superfood powder yet, so it didn't blow me away. I'll say it tastes better than other superfood drinks I've found, but I have to split portions because I'm super picky about the whole texture. I mix one scoop of this powder with about 10 ounces of vanilla almond milk twice a day. So I still get the full value, but it's not as superficial. And the vanilla powder really complements the vanilla almond milk. I'm still looking for other powders but for now I think no matter what else I buy this will be a staple in my diet.
