The seller was very nice and easy to use
The product didn't work for us because my dog (Golden Retriever) somehow managed to get through. BUT it was very easy to work with the seller to get a refund even though we still have a hole in the door. I give 3 stars because the product says no big dogs are allowed. I think be aware that if your dog sneaks up and wants to go through the door, it's possible. My dog is 80 pounds and I've watched her do it twice. It looks really cute and I still encourage people to buy this product but maybe think twice before buying the XL if you are trying to keep your dog away from a certain area. .
