I have been wearing this model of shoe for many years everywhere on the street or in public places, except when walking on the sidewalk (they are wider than my running shoes and let gravel through) . Easier to put on than shoelaces. I am relieved that they are still available. I have relatively stiff feet (short Achilles tendons according to my doctor), so arch support, which shoe salespeople say everyone needs, is actually painful. There is very little here, and what is there are removable insoles, which I can replace with Dr. Scholl could replace.
