Unsteady backpack bottom
The little cardboard tab you attach to the bottom of the backpack won't stay in place. Very quickly it lifts up from behind and our cat sits in the gap between the plastic and cardboard flaps because the flap won't stay down. The flap hasn't folded yet, but it will likely start to do so fairly soon. I have a feeling this is a design flaw that could probably be fixed at no additional cost to the designer.
