I was glad it worked with my recently upgraded Sonicare toothbrush. The regular sized brush heads that came with the kit were too big for my small mouth so they couldn't reach my back while brushing. This brush head works well with my Sonicare toothbrush and with the phone app. Because when the blue is gone it's time to replace it, I don't have to rely on the app to count how many times I've used it. Unfortunately, Philips doesn't sell compact replacement brush heads for my toothbrush and I highly recommend them if you're looking for a smaller brush head.
