Long lasting heat

I was recently working on pizza dough and decided to invest in this steel pizza stone. It made my pizza so much better. underneath crispy! But this thing is HEAVY. Be careful not to drop it. It has a nice hole in one corner which makes it easy to grab and carry. I should have bought this many years ago!

Pros

Square steel pizza stone: 14" x 14" x ¼" pizza steel with 1" handle and hanging hole. This thick steel plate is suitable for most ovens. Simply slide it onto the grill and you're ready to start making delicious Italian pizza.
