I don't use every feature of this scale, to be honest. I save my change and roll my coins so the bank will take them. My bank no longer will count coins. I use this scale to weigh the rolls of coins to make sure they are filled with the correct number of coins. While this scale is really good at realizing what you are weighing (as far as determining if it is nickles, pennies, etc.) it has a fudge factor as the number of coins in the roll. I would estimate about 18 out of 20 times, the number in the roll is correct. The other 2 out of 20 it thinks there is one too many coins or one not enough.
