My workout consists of intense walking, running and stair training - all of which require my hands and body to be as free as possible. I used to run around with a fanny pack to hold my phone, water and keys - and it sucked! The fanny pack flapping around made it difficult for me to work during training, and the backpacks were too bulky. This mini backpack is a dream come true. I even forgot I had it! I can put my water bags, keys, phone and other small items in my mini backpack and I don't even feel it on my back! He doesn't talk and doesn't bother.
