Perfect fit for Audi A6 4.2L Quattro 2002
No instructions, but everything is very simple. It took Husband 5 minutes to install. If you use a flathead screwdriver to get between the trim and the dash, be careful! The trim (looks like wood in my case) that needs to be removed to give you access to the clips holding the dash tray will chip off if you're not careful. In any case, the cup holder looks just as good as the standard part. Cheaper than Audi and works just as well!
