Be sure to check if you have received a damaged item that has already been returned. When I opened the box, I cut my hand on a jagged piece of metal protruding from the back. Either there is no quality control or they don't care that they sell obviously spoiled and dangerous products! I returned immediately, having taped the damaged area with tape so as not to hurt the next person!
