I don't think I have the courage to give this product a star because I think it was a good try. The instructions are very well written. Fittings made of good, durable material. BUT we followed the instructions exactly and the glue still didn't last longer than 24 hours. I had to use super glue to keep my hands in place. But there's also a design flaw, because as the arms extend the roll farther away from the back of the TP holder, they also narrow the width of the holder, causing the toilet paper to shrink across the width and defeat its purpose because the roll is still spinning not feel right when you pull on the toilet paper. SIGH! I had to go back.
