I recently made a purchase of exercise equipment from YNXing Online Store, and I have to admit that I was extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the product and the service that I received. To begin, the standard of the equipment that I was sent was very low. When I contacted customer support, the representatives were unhelpful and uncaring; they did not offer a solution to my problems nor did they apologize for them. In addition, the customer support team was difficult to get in touch with, and there was a significant delay before they responded to any of my inquiries. When I did eventually get in touch with them, I found that they did not have a great deal of product knowledge and appeared uninterested in assisting me in finding a solution to the issue I was having. In general, YNXing Online Store is not a retailer that I would suggest to anyone who is looking to purchase exercise equipment. The low quality of their products combined with the absence of any kind of customer service makes for a purchasing experience that is both aggravating and unsatisfying. Put those savings to better use and seek elsewhere for high-quality exercise gear.
