Top Buget Fan in Fan & Cooling

I think these are the best budget fans. They're smooth, both with and without the RGB lighting on. The controller has a variety of lighting options, or they can be controlled with your mobile software. I currently control mine with Gigabyte RGB Fusion. I highly recommend them for their clean looks and great functionality.
