Brooks Ghost is the way to go!
The Ghost is great for long and short distance runners looking for comfort and stability. I've run 5k pre-marathon in them for over 10 years and have never run in the best shoes.

- 2 pairs! Great shoes. This time the packaging was damaged but luckily the product was not damaged.

- Not suitable for people who need a lot of cushioning or support
