As I get older I try to stay away from heavy clothing which weighs me down and also requires an extra cycle in the dryer. Very soft on the skin as I use it as a base layer and be dry on the first cycle. It doesn't retain moisture, it breathes and keeps your body dry and it feels like I'm not wearing anything at all.
