A new approach to allowing Fido to see over the fence. I think he likes it. I live on a corner lot and put one in the front and one on the side. The mounting holes should be closer to the edge of the flange to allow for a small tolerance when cutting a large hole and drilling the mounting holes. Works well if you are careful when cutting the hole.
