This stand has cluttered my workspace and freed up extra space on my small desk. I bought it to elevate my computer so I don't arch my neck and back as much and it has made a difference. I don't feel as much pain and stiffness. The stand is quite stable and height adjustable. You can easily rotate it from side to side and adjust the angle up and down. It was definitely a good investment on my part.
