I think it's a bit thicker than cricut vinyl as I could run the cricut stock through my printer and it got stuck, but apparently the has the same quality and maybe even a little more durable due to the thickness. I don't have a cutting machine so can't confirm use there, but for the hand cut lettering I've made this works fine as long as you have sharp scissors or a utility knife. It adheres well and molds and stretches quite well on curved surfaces. As for the screen printing and hand cutting that I do, it makes aligning things a lot easier.
