I was looking for an alarm clock with a bed protrusion on the side and I got this clock considering the price range and features. The plastic may look a little cheap, but it is very durable. The clock works as expected and it is very easy to set the time and switch to daylight saving time. The brightness of the clock is well adjustable, so the light of the clock will not wake you up at night. Now here's the catch: I wanted to move her from one room to another, so I put the batteries in and after plugging it back in, unplugged the unit, dammit. , the clock has been reset. :(I contacted support and they asked me to order a second one and refund it via paypal totally free. So I tried the same thing with my second watch and it worked fine, this time over time. But yesterday I moved them again and encountered the same error. This time I did some analysis and found a solution to the problem.Strange problem but if you unplug the watch first without unplugging the back of the watch it resets the time but if You first unplug the back of the watch, and then a power outlet, then the time is saved ;) Really weird bug, or not sure if it's intentional, but for anyone annoyed by this issue. I hope it helps! Overall I'm a happy customer now, especially that the customer service was so great and I got 2 hours for the price of 1.
