Review on A&R Sports BladeGards Ice Skate Guard - Universal Custom Fit by Steve Harris

I gave it 4 stars because the product itself is really great quality. What's wrong, as I'm sure you've read, is the instructions that come with them. Don't use them, your guards won't work. I looked up how to measure without a guide and it worked a lot better on my second watch, but I had to pinch the first one because it was WAY too short, resulting in the springs not working. Overall I didn't find them difficult to put together, but did watch a video on how to do it: measure and install the springs after the first one has failed. Needless to say I ordered another set to get them right because as I said the quality of the product is excellent. Just follow someone else's instructions.
