Review on 🎧 Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2: Diamond-Inspired Wireless Earbuds for Crystal Clear Calls and 28 Hours Playtime by Daniel Hicks

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent sqm; CLEAR and good call quality

I'm a music lover with dozens of headphones; including: AirpodsAirpods ProBragi DashJabra 65Plantronics 6200EmpireEars Legend OmegaAKG N5005Campfire Audio AtlasAAW W500many others They really sound amazingly clear and the soundstage is very wide with good depth. The bass is dominant, which should suit your bass side, but the bass isn't as crisp and clear as the N5005 or W500, for example. But how could you compare it to anything in this league; not fair. The battery compartment is very compact, the fit is extremely comfortable for me and the connection is solid. I was able to walk up the stairs while still connected to my MacBook. As far as I can tell, this is NOT a multipoint connection, which is a bit disappointing to me. The quality of the call is also very important to me. The call is very clear on the other end. The other end CAN hear your background noise, but it's not clear and over the top like many other headphones in this class. Background noise cancellation isn't as good as the Plantronics 6200, which might be better for headphones playing music. But it can certainly be used for business calls. For example, when I'm speaking and using my mechanical keyboard, you can hear the keys very quietly. It also keeps the wind out pretty well. The TaoTronics SoundLiberty 79 provided the BEST call quality in my tests, but the sound quality for music is so good and they're so comfortable that I tend to lean towards them. .There is NO "Transparency" function, but it reliably pauses the music when you take it out of your ear. However, keep in mind that they are very good at blocking out noise, so you cannot hear your surroundings at all. Unlike AfterShokz Aeroplex, which plays music so-so but offers excellent transparency and excellent call quality. Overall, for the price, this is a 5 star product from Anker. I like it better than their Bluetooth dongle and headphones I've had in the past; This is the best Anker product I have ever had. I didn't download any apps and just play them straight from the connection. I haven't had them for a long time, so I can't comment on durability. Not for humming my horn too much, but for the totally unbiased, non-monetized, audiophile/Bluetooth junkie, I'm about as experienced as you'll find out there. Here are my picks, purely considering "fully wireless" in-ear headphones: Sound quality: Anker Liberty Air 2 (followed by Bragi Dash) Call quality: Apple Airpods Pro and Taotronics SoundLiberty 79 Comfort: Anker Liberty Air 2 Transparency: Apple Airpods Pro is better all naturalGeneral: 1. Apple AirPods Pro2. Anker Liberty Air 23. Apple Airpods (for transparency and environmental awareness) also 3. Taotronics SoundLiberty 79 (for call quality) 4. Jabra 655. Bragi Dash6. Nitin Touch7. Pamu foil
