There's room for improvement here:

First of all, Anker/Soundcore's customer support has been quite responsive. I've found that calling is better than waiting for an email a day from a support rep. Despite this, my problem was solved after a long time and I received my original order. One month later. Unfortunately, Liberty Pro 2 simply doesn't exist. Fast forward, I bought the Liberty Air 2 and they are way better. To be honest they sound just as solid and a lot less bulky. The control buttons could be improved. There's no one…

Worth buying (after a bumpy start)

First bad, then good: I wasn't thrilled when I first put them on, but now they're almost perfect! I had never used fully wireless headphones before, so I didn't know what to expect. When I first used them I was shocked because the sound quality was horrible, the left earbud fell off a couple of times and also fell off on the first call I made with them. After playing around with them, taking them out and putting them in the case a few times to connect to my phone, this hasn't happened again and

Almost perfect, but not quite

I would like to start by saying that I have had mixed experiences with the Liberty Air 2s. I have Soundcore Life P2 wireless headphones and the Air 2 are a bit shorter in comparison. Let me start with the good: Battery life: Great! As stated in the description the battery life will not disappoint, in my experience they can easily get through the better part of an 8 hour workday before needing a charge. With the volume between 30 and 50%, I can use it from about 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. before the

Excellent sqm; CLEAR and good call quality

I'm a music lover with dozens of headphones; including: AirpodsAirpods ProBragi DashJabra 65Plantronics 6200EmpireEars Legend OmegaAKG N5005Campfire Audio AtlasAAW W500many others They really sound amazingly clear and the soundstage is very wide with good depth. The bass is dominant, which should suit your bass side, but the bass isn't as crisp and clear as the N5005 or W500, for example. But how could you compare it to anything in this league; not fair. The battery compartment is very compact,

Honest review from someone who has used the headphones a lot (updated)

Updated: I would give the product 3 stars (detailed rating below) but Anker's customer service is so good I'm giving them 6 stars, i.e. 4.5 stars on average, rounded up to 5 stars. You need to find a product that's right for you, but you can't go wrong with a company like Anker that cares about their customers so well. -------- ----- Design and build quality are excellent. No complaints. We will experience longevity sooner or later. Battery life is exceptional too, great work by Anker. The call

Not sure if they're worth the price, but they do some things well

First, most users who say they fall out either have weird ears or, which is more likely , they just don't push them far enough. With these types of in-ear headphones that are meant to seal the ear canal, you need to use the right size tip, and this can help dampen the tip so it goes deep enough. This applies to each of these styles. Many people are used to the Apple style, which just sits in the ear (no rubber tip) but does little to no noise blocking. Read instructions or just don't know what…
