Review on 🎧 Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2: Diamond-Inspired Wireless Earbuds for Crystal Clear Calls and 28 Hours Playtime by Louis Abrams

Revainrating 4 out of 5

There's room for improvement here:

First of all, Anker/Soundcore's customer support has been quite responsive. I've found that calling is better than waiting for an email a day from a support rep. Despite this, my problem was solved after a long time and I received my original order. One month later. Unfortunately, Liberty Pro 2 simply doesn't exist. Fast forward, I bought the Liberty Air 2 and they are way better. To be honest they sound just as solid and a lot less bulky. The control buttons could be improved. There's no one button press option that stinks. It would be nice to have this to play/pause, answer calls, etc. This would leave a double tap for Next/Previous and a long hold for Siri/Assistant etc. on the iPhone. The charging case is confusing. I want them in a case and not constantly charging them. This drains the battery over time. When the case is closed, charging should stop, and conversely, when the case is open, charging will continue. Or have a button to turn it on. There is a button below that can be coded for this. Soundcore EQ app. This leaves a lot to be desired. The user should be able to disable the EQ or even manually control and adjust the 10-band EQ and volume for each earbud. Out there in 2019. Fix the buttons, equalizer and charger and you have a 5 star product!
