Exactly what a first time mom like me needed

Okay expecting mommas that are planning a vagunal delivery i am gonna tell y’all what i recommend for your at home post partum care.Im gonna lead by saying you absolutely don’t have to spend the extra money on this, bc your hospital most likely has everything you need. The quality just won’t be the same.In this frida mom post partum kit you get padsicles, mesh underwear, witchhazel panty liners, perineal pain relief foam, and the optional peri bottle. You’re gonna want it.Like i said, hospital provides most of this, but these make your life so much easier. The frida peri bottle is my favorite part. Worth buying alone if you don’t want the kit. Not only is it angled so you’re not stretching and pulling stitches to reach, but it’s got a shower head style spout so there isn’t direct/violent pressure. This helped me the most. The mesh underwear they provide at the hospital is straight BASURA. It’s literally like trying to use a hair net to support everything you’ve been through. Girl bye. The frida brand ones are such good quality. Nice support, and you can barely tell that it’s disposable. 10/10Padsicles are very nice and longer lasting than the hospital ones i received, but you only get 4 in this kit.Witchhazel liners are soo much more convenient than the tucks pads they give you at the hospital bc it’s one long liner as opposed to the pepperoni sized ones you have to stack from the hospital. The perineal foam is helpful to me, but i get the same effect from the dermaplast the hospital gives you. It is more comfortable to apply than the aerosol can from the dermaplast tho.Either way, 10/10 product. Really helps you feel human and cared for after such a traumatic event. You absolutely do not have to splurge, but if you’re looking for something to treat yourself to as a bump gift… this is it. You’ll thank me later.
