I read other comments complaining about the lack of setup instructions so maybe I was lucky or they started adding them but my box had a cute little pop up Booklet with stickers, kids activities and instructions were very simple and straight forward. Even the wrench multi-tool they sent was shaped like a fish for added appeal. The bike is great and very durable/heavy which is what I was looking for as my daughter's other bike kept tipping over on top of her. The support wheels have rubber coating, which is of great importance. I see myself going through this part a lot, it's a classic.
