Switched to canon from petax k5. I'm tired of the fact that there are so few and necessarily expensive things for petax (lenses, flashes, etc.). I don't see a huge difference so far. Perhaps everything will change with the advent of FS and shooting in RAW. Like: - the folding screen is really a cool thing, especially with my small stature - the touch screen is nice too - wheel - convenient and "adult-like")) I do not like: - what all such brown?! Pentax was all blue, but now this blue seems cool and noble to me - against the background of brown, red and red that canon gives. - the body does not inspire aesthetic pleasure - large, cheap plastic.
