This is a really well fitting slim fit polo shirt with great design and comfortable to the touch. It brings a more elegant look to your everyday look with a nice cut and ribbed construction. I was surprised that this nylon and spandex garment was rated as hand wash only as I have other garments with a similar construction and this is not required. As a test, I took a chance and washed it cold in the washing machine set, washed on the gentle cycle and even tumble dried it on the gentle cycle (low), although I had removed it beforehand. I can't say washing this way has caused any fit issues and it still looks great (still)!
