I have been an Apple user for a long time, in particular, an Iphone smartphone. I chose for myself the seemingly ideal model Iphone 7plus. The phone bribed with a modern high-quality camera, a huge bright screen and its moisture resistance. In the end, it was the last point that failed. The manufacturer declares that the product is moisture resistant according to the IP67 standard (the phone can be under water at a depth of up to 1 meter for half an hour). And even on many advertising banners, the phone is presented in a wet state, in drops of water. For one month, the phone served me without any complaints, but then the X day came, and I dropped the device into the water. The phone was removed almost immediately, less than 10 seconds. It was immediately clear that the device was unstable. The Home button was not pressed, and after a while, clear signs of water getting inside appeared on the screen. When the fact of liquid getting inside was already undoubted, the device was turned off for a day. He was not destined to turn on anymore. The phone was sent to a specialized center for Apple devices, diagnostics showed that the device was completely unsuitable for repair. Question to Apple: for what purpose do they deliberately mislead people? In my opinion, it is very cynical to make a waterproof phone and at the same time prescribe that the case of moisture ingress is not guaranteed. On the face of an unfair attitude towards the old client (I have been a user of equipment for more than 5 years). Very disappointed with this attitude. End.
