I think I should give this one 4 stars. He wasn't "perfect". There were very minor issues with stains and light ringing or something like a few random nail holes. There is a small knot hole on the front of one drawer and the corner back is torn (in the packaging. Can't be as I treated it like glass. I made a list of notes as I assembled it and studied each part: Part D wasn't perfectly finished, as were E, J, and G (but not bad at all, and was nowhere to be seen once finished. Part E had what appeared to be a few extra random spots.) Nail holes and the inside edge seemed to have been touched up with marker or excess stain Part J (the front of the drawer) had a small knot hole but I think that adds to the charm Part M (the bottom of the drawer) appeared to be cracked everywhere but glued back together. but good job. Due to the nature of this repair, the line where it probably ripped before has a smell of glue. All the parts, along with a package of extra parts, were there. Why bi n I still? Giving 5 Stars Yes, there was a small issue, but just because I noticed it doesn't mean most will, and this in no way affected the end result of the work. . The hardest part was aligning the drawers, but I managed to do it in the end (using a toothpick for extra security, as I was concerned I might have backed out the screws too far when adjusting the doors). Also, I learned a few things while assembling did better than what the reviewers said or the product description the main extra was that there are actual drawer stops hard to tell but the last page of the instructions gives precise instructions on where they are and how to rotate the ones i already have Pieces of wood attached to keep the drawers from sliding out. The other thing I was able to do that I've seen others complain about is adjust how far back the door magnets go so they don't stick too hard and make it is difficult to open without pulling on it, all I had to do was move most of the magnet further back, just the trailing edge of the Line running along the bottom shelf seam. Oh, and the shelves are adjustable from the inside, plus the shelves are machined with 4 sides so they can be flipped over if something ever breaks a side. I ended up with MUCH better furniture than I expected. I'm planning to add some photos, but my phone's battery is dead right now, so I'll do that later.
