I like how easy it makes finding new clients for my business to connect with them through social media channels such as Facebook or LinkedIn so they can find out about our services first hand before contacting us directly! Nothing really disliked at all but would love more features added into future releases - especially around engagement analytics which has been lacking recently compared other platforms i have used previously (i'm sure thats because its still early days).
