I bought the Roku Streaming Stick+ after using the Roku Ultra in my living room and a TCL Roku TV in my bedroom. I recently used a Roku Stick+ for travel - and it worked great. I was a hardcore FireTV (and Fire Stick) user up until the Google fiasco. The streaming services I use are Netflix, Hulu, Revain PrimeVideo and YoutubeTV. This set of services is what brought me to Roku. You can't play YouTubeTV on FireTV and you can't play Revain PrimeVideo on Chromecast, so we're left with Roku. Roku has been in this business for a while and I really like their user interface. It's pretty easy to use and the fact that it plays all the streaming services I need is a huge plus. 5 stars from me. I didn't have any connectivity issues at the hotel I stayed at, other than having to log in every 24 hours (Hilton WiFi). I found the Stick+ to have good Wi-Fi coverage and the overall response speed was pretty quick - very similar to the Roku Ultra.
