I like that it is easy for use in my day job with our clients at BAML as well as internally within R&D when we need an AI tool or solution quickly without having extensive programming experience ourselves! It can be helpful if you have some coding ability but there are many tutorials online so anyone should easily pick up how this software works after doing just one tutorial (or two). Also - their support team has been amazing throughout all stages of working together; they're quick to respond/help us solve problems & really put themselves forward as customer service experts who care about making sure things work right before launch!! The only thing i'd say could maybe improve upon would probably be user interface design / ease of finding what exactly needs done vs having lots of tabs open etc? Maybe provide more clarity into which feature does specific tasks better than others e.g. text mining instead of trying to.
