I ordered 2 of these emergency radios based on the advertised capacity of the 2000mah lithium ion battery. However, both devices I received only have a 1200mAh capacity based on users (the box is even less labeled 1000mAh). I have tried to contact the seller to clarify this but have not received a response to my emails. While this is a decent standard emergency radio, I've found a better priced 1200mAh version elsewhere; Given the misrepresentation of the item in the listing and the lack of customer service I will be returning them,
