The description says that SATA is 6 Gb / s, but here the speed is not higher than 100 MB per second. The average is 60 Mb / s, which when unpacking archives is the same as during video editing. 4 months of work, I did a test and found a lot of errors and also tried to fix them by remapping, but all programs wrote an error and not a single one could be fixed. They slipped it into an expensive laptop, I don’t recommend anyone to take such a disk
