I have ordered two of these pillows at two different times. The first one I LOVE: easy to fluff, nice and firm without being uncomfortable, forms to my head without being too much of that hard memory foam feeling. it is the best pillow I think I've ever had, and far cheaper than many I have purchased. However, I purchased a second one for my husband, and even after fluffing, it is far less full and firm than the first one I purchased. So while I love the one I have, the inconsistency between the first and second order leaves me a little less impressed than I first was. I would probably look at other options before purchasing another because of that inconsistency.
