Connectors too small

Feedback on this product has been mixed with some reporting that the holes are too small or too tight while others saying everything is fine. Mine were too tight. We used a screwdriver (probably not the best idea) to widen the holes a bit so we could connect the trailer. I'm sure it will loosen up over time but it's very frustrating at first and only time will tell how durable it is.
