They're easy to install because they're frigging rubber pads with a thing on them that sticks into the vibrator like any other vibrating pad. Because if you're using an enthusiast-level fan (i.e., something that can puke out rainbow-colored light shows), they're using the exact same type of vibration pad. The only use I could see is that you might want to upgrade the vibration pads on your cheap Dingederp discount fans. And for the same money, you can buy a quieter, more efficient light show for your battle station. and I can deal with budgets the same way I deal with my children: I don't have them, but I value my time much more. I can't recommend this to anyone, not because the product is bad, but because it doesn't make sense to exist.
