I replaced my old lamps in the living room, kitchen and hallway with these. I like everything very bright so I liked the 5000K and 1100 lumens. No boring yellow lightbulbs to me (or what I call lightbulbs, "Civil War era technology"). I've never plugged in a can light, but a 2 minute YouTube video showed me how to fold my hands together and place them between the slots in the light. When I saw that, I was able to take out the old headlights and put in the new ones without even looking at them! There are many videos on this topic. They may use different brands, but the process is the same. And to be honest I think almost all these lightbulb kits are made by the same Chinese company and 200 other companies put their name on it. But it looks like a good product and I've been very happy with the results, especially for the price! They work great with my GE Enbrighten smart dimmers.
