We are able to track our shipments as they move through their journey from point A - B with ease! The customer support team can be reached 24/7 via email or phone which makes things easy when we have questions about an order. Shipping costs tend to vary during different times of year depending upon where your business location falls within each time period so this may cause you some confusion at first but once everything comes into place its not anything too bad. I would say overall there isn't much to dislike in regards to NexX Ship. They do what they advertise and provide us the service needed to keep up with demand throughout all seasons. Tracking shipment status has been extremely helpful because we don't want any delays along our supply chain process.
