Review on Vesuvio Ceramic Coated Baking Cookie by Beth Martin

Beautiful frying pans! Excellent quality, elegant, with an unusual finish. They're a good weight - not too light and not too heavy - and fold up nicely for storage. They have a little less surface area than my jelly roll pan - I was surprised when I first took them out of the box - and they were a bit small for some cooking projects. However, I would prefer high-quality and non-toxic materials over more square inches, so it's a good compromise. For the price, though, it would be nice to have a little more of it.
