Very little arch support!
I will keep these, but ONLY because they're red and have a fabric strap. The sole is too thin and my heels IMMEDIATELY began sinking into them. But even between that and my quite flat feet, the arch support is minimal at best. For anyone with foot issues, these are probably not a smart choice. How they affect Morton's neuroma I have yet to discover. But the red color is spectacular! :D
- cute and comfy--not terribly supportive but i'd buy another pair
- The straps may be too tight for some people
