Review on 🌡️ Enhanced Extech TP873 Wire-Type K Bead Temperature Probe by Brian Kingsford

I bought this on a whim to use with a Fluke gauge to measure the outlet water temperature for various timed flushes on my HX espresso maker, where a very fast response time is required. First I was attracted by the overall price and the fact that it came with the adapter needed to connect to my meter. The first few times I used it, the temperature rose much more slowly than I expected - I think the analog meat thermometer is dormant. I kept playing around with this and finally got the answer I wanted, although a good digital thermometer will probably have the same response time (if you don't already have a meter to use it with).
