It works very well especially for activities that make you sweat. The silicone stays pretty cool, which is actually nice, although I did find it fogged up the lens for a few minutes when I first put it on (due to the temperature difference between my face and the silicone). . The nose guard is also a big improvement as it blocks most of the light that enters there. Finally, the main bonus is that it is compatible with an eyeglass extender. I'm pretty sure most people use this extension even without glasses.
